New to NLP?

Where do I start?

If you are new to NLP and want to find out more, we are an ideal starting environment.

Over the past year we have had, typically a third of our audience who have never been on any formal NLP training.  Some have read some books, but that is no substitute for doing it.

We ask each speaker to make sure their session is as applicable to people new to NLP as it is to experienced practitioners.

As a new person to NLP (which is full of jargon) we encourage you to ask the dumb questions and get our speakers to explain NLP terms in plain English.  The more experienced NLPers among us also value this as it gets away from the jargon and we start to communicate more clearly overall.

Also, when we do exercises we will put you with someone who has more experience of NLP.  There are usually a third of so of the audience who are master practitioner or above.  This means you will get more out of the exercise and be sure of doing it appropriately.

Also, there will be a wide variety of people who have been trained on a wide variety of courses.  So it's a good chance to talk to people about the different types of NLP training and courses, and understand what might suit you best.

Some of the members do introductory sessions outside the group.  Some of the speakers will do sessions and training as well.

Just ask.  I'm sure someone will know the answer to help you
