Joining the group
We keep people up to date with a twice monthly reminder of forthcoming
events.
In addition any special deals, offers and other useful information for
the group is also sent out this way.
We do this through our mailing list which you are welcome to join. See
details below.
Whilst we encourage membership, you do not need to be a member to join
the group and come along.
Membership is just £50 for a year, which gives you free entry
to all the events.
This allows you free entry to all the events in the year (from the
date of the receipt of the money). Just bring a cheque along (made out
to "Cambridge NLP group") and give it to Phil at a meeting.
For non-members, individual events are £7.50 each.
Alternatively, if you want to just get a taster for the group and what
it does or, like some people, just come along to the events that most
interest you, you can pay on the door for just that evening. This covers
our room hire and free coffee for the evening.
Whatever works, we are easy. What is most important is that we
are doing things that you find useful. So when you join or come
along, have a chat to Phil who organises
the events and speakers. If there is anything in particular you
would like a speaker on, or you know of a really good one, let him know.
